The code and personality matches up with my predictions because they are similar. Second the personality states that I'm very judgmental and I am. The test is dead on with my predictions and are accurate. The code and personality are telling me things that I should change in my daily life.

My reactions to the test is that it's amazing because I never knew that the personality will be so accurate. I believe that this personality test helps people out in the future. It help me out because it showed me what I have to improve on to become a better person. I like that the test compares you to famous people and can show you your future.

My experience with the personality test was great and I'd love to do it again. I think that the most remarkable thing about it is being so accurate and predicting a future that I love. I love the test and it helped me open up options to my career goals. Finally the test predicted that I'd be a counselor and that's what my career goal actually is.

Chapter One 3 Quotes and Paragraphs

1."What do I do with this degree?"

This quote is meaningful to me because sometimes people are still unsure about their future once they get their degree. Second this quote is meaningful to me because once I get my degree I'll be asking the question. I'll be asking the same question because I wouldn't know where to start my career path. Most colleges don't set you up for interviews with companies once you graduate so you're on your own without any resources.

2."Reality doesn't always match up to that traditional linear career path".

This quote is meaningful to me because people sometimes change their career path throughout life. I'm majoring to become a teacher, but then again I want to be a Juvenile Counselor. Most people don't have jobs matching their majors. Throughout life people tend to change their minds.

3. "Right about now you're probably thinking that pursuing an education that directly relates to a career, and vice versa, seems so stable and easy. Wouldn't it make more sense to follow a more direct path?"

This is meaningful to me because I always get caught up with having an education under my belt, but I'm not really happy with this decision. Second parents can influence a child to make their career decision. To follow a direct path would be easier because then you'll be satisfied with the results. The career goal seems so stable, but now alot of people are being layed off and fired so it doesn't seem secure any longer.

Results Of Work Value Survey

Results:On the work value survey i got a 15 on Security and also a 15 on Altruism. I got a 14 on Achievement. 

Security is important to me because I want to know that the job i'll be working for will be stable. I believe that Altruism is important to me because I love helping others out on the job. Achieving my goals are important to me because I dislike not completiting tasks that are at hand. I excell best when I have a secure job and when i'm able to help others that need help.
